RENO, NV (Oct. 23) — Received two items that were too late to be included in this week’s preview article. So I decided to include them now.
MOTOCROSS:
• Due to the expected high winds the DCMX Private Ride Day at the Sand Box in Fernley has been canceled. Best to also check on Sunday as that practice could be affected if the winds don’t die down.

CAR MEET:
• There is a new Sparks Jeeps & Coffee group forming in the Spanish Springs area. They are meeting from 10 to noon on Sunday. Location is the Human Bean Coffee Stand at the Pyramid Highway and Holman meet.
If you have a Jeep they sure would appreciate the support. Let’s hope the weather holds and they get a good turn out.
Other than that have a great weekend and, if you have youngsters, try and make one of the Trunk or Treat meets this weekend.
