RENO, NV (Sept 28) — The last weekend of September ended with a bunch of meets. The biggest event was the annual Street Vibrations where our region becomes Sturgis West. Now days Street Vibrations is spread out over the area. Part is in Reno, part in Carson City and another part up in Virginia City so there are motorcycles coming and going. • On Friday the J Casino Hotel had an area fenced off where vendors were as well as stunts would happen However either the J or Road Show, who puts on the event, was charging admission to the area.

RENO, NV (Sept. 29) — This week was when the annual Street Vibrations Fall Rally was held in our region. In addition there were other car meets in the area. • Friday began at Summit Racing Equipment located on East Glendale in Sparks. For those that showed up it was the last cruise in until next spring. One row started from the middle with a vintage VW then included some great looking roadsters.
