A sure sign of Thanksgiving is the Turkey Night Grand Prix at Ventua Speedway. Both USAC Midgets and Sprint Cars will be featured.

Thanksgiving is for practice and dinner. Racing happens Friday and Saturday night.

• Down south at Somerton, Arizona the Cocopah Speedway is hosting the annual Harvest Hustle Turkey Classic. Thanksgiving is for practice and dinner, then Friday and Saturday is when racing happens and it can be seen live on www.imca.tv.
