As spring gets closer racing is starting to heat up even though the Super Bowl will put a damper on some things. Racing preview this week has more reruns on television but there is a bunch of live events to keep most race fans happy. And some of those events aren’t too far away from this area. Weather has taken a toll on events but one classic “twice-around-the-clock” event is on tap for the weekend. Racing Preview has the altered schedule for several motocross tracks as well as what will be on TV and the Internet this weekend. First of all the next round of the Bishop MX Winter Series has been moved to Saturday, February 11 due to the weather and probably track conditions. Over the hill the Prairie City track is in good condition and will host practice sessions beginning today from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. then from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday

This week while there isn’t anything in our region TV has several live events including an international one that is in Miami for the first time. Racing Preview this week goes over motocross dates that have been changed or canceled in our region. But there is some racing out of the area both live and on TV. Another week into the New Year and there is more racing to see. Racing Preview this week has a regional event plus a bunch more on TV. The New Year is progressing and racing is starting to heat up again. Locally Livfast Exit 28 might not be having practice sessions this weekend. Early in the week it appeared to be at lake in some sections so those wanting to go might check their Face Book page. There will be motocross racing in Northern California however. The MotoPro Graphics Triple Crown is running the third leg of the series this weekend.

While there are a bunch of reruns racing is finally getting going.   Racing preview for this week still has a bunch in the “Rerun Zone,” but things are beginning to change with the start of racing. Locally Livfast Exit 28 will be open for practice, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. While it’s still pretty slim this week, next week there will be more. Over in TV land there are plenty of reruns plus a very anticipated start to a new season. Thursday begins at 3 p.m. as Fox Sports 1 airs a Supercross

With New Year comes racing as the thunder returns. Locally Livfast Exit 28 Motocross track will probably be having practice sessions from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. When this was written there was no confirmation so one needs to check first. For those racing in the Bishop Winter Series there are practice sessions on Saturday. Usually at 8 a.m. is when the gates open followed by track time.

Another slow week for race fans but fear not the action will begin shortly. Racing Preview this week is deep in the “Rerun Zone.” Most everyone is taking the Christmas weekend off but there’s still a bunch to see. There is also a live event on the Internet as well as a bundle of racing shows to watch this weekend. Locally Livfast Exit 28, depending on the weather, will be open for practice from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be practice time at the Bishop, California MX track starting at 8 a.m. Saturday for anyone racing in that series. Racing Preview from now on will be a bit slim as most major series have either ended or are about. Even in November, there is still racing to watch and enjoy. Racing preview for this week has things slowing down but there is still some going on. There’s action in this region, in the south, over in California as well a nationally and internationally. After being flooded out last week Livfast Exit 28 Motocross track has dried out so there will be practice sessions from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. That flooded out event is now scheduled for next weekend so all the rounds in the 775 Fall MX Classic will be run. Some local motocross riders

As fall proceeds series are ending then winter racing will begin. Racing Preview for this week is slimmer as series are heading toward their final events where the championships will be decided. Even here in our area the remaining two series still racing are on their way to the final events for each of them. This weekend the 775 Fall MX Classic will have its final event at Livfast Exit 28. Yes racing is slowing down but there is still plenty of action to see live or watch. Racing preview this week has a major event in our area while one of two other series heads for its November final event. On the TV racing is still going on as national and international series also head for their season ending events. Over at the Wild West Motorsports Park the Nitto Ultra 4 National Championship ends its season that started with the King of the Hammers in Southern California. The event this weekend is the 4 Wheel Parts National Championship presented by
