Racing Preview for this week is another mixed bag of many types of racing including three races in our area that could be affected by the incoming weather. The big race will be close to home at Desert Park Raceway. The Northern Nevada Kart Club is hosting fifth round in the KPX Karting Championship. Drivers from California are expected and practice sessions will run all through Saturday with Sunday’s racing starting around 9 a.m. For those attending the KPX event, Desert Park Raceway is a quarter mile past where the pavement ends for Lemmon Drive.
