RENO, NV (June 22) — Great weather set the stage for the second Sparks Cars & Coffee meet this month. While the turn out was great it was a bit reduced from the last time. Between the Rodeo and so many meets I’m guessing some wanted to just relax this time. One exotic that got a lot of attention was a gray 2025 Lamborghini Hybred. RENO, NV (June 19)— Running a bit behind due an unexpected, short hospital stay. So the preview will be a bit shorter than usual. CAR MEETS: This weekend the car fan buffet is overflowing. Not much regional racing but a lot to see as we head for the 4th of July weekend. • This weekend there is no Fernley Friday Night Cruise. And the Saturday cruise sponsored by the Rustoration Garage in Fallon has been canceled as they are getting for a car show when the local rodeo starts. • Saturday gets going at 10 a.m. when the Arbors Longest

RENO, NEVADA (June 15) — Great weather set the stage for a trio of car meets plus one that moved to Moon Rocks in the afternoon. • Reno Jeeps & Coffee started things by the Human Bean stand located at the corner of South McCarran and Longley Lane. At first there were a few then the number grew. • Not far away Reno Cars & Coffee had its second meet of the month. Location was by the Human Bean Coffee stand located at the corner of Moana and Keitzke Lanes There were at least a couple of exotics on hand.

RENO, NV (June 9) — Nice weather and should be a good week ahead. First of all an announcement. Had back surgery in April that led to about 7 weeks in an extended care facility here in Reno. Had no access to this site but now am back. Hope to get going again although don’t have the endurance to report races but am working on that. RENO, NV (April 13) — Great spring weather brought car people out for three different events this Palm Sunday. Two were meets while there was a very well attended swap meet. • Things started early Sunday morning, around 6 a.m., when Classic Chevys started their 14th annual Spring Swap Meet. The location was in the west parking lot of Baldini’s Casino. Looked like a great turn out for this event. • A little later, around 10 a.m. Sparks Cars & Coffee had its first meet of the month. RENO, NV (April 6) — Today two groups met and started the month off. There are other items in this report as well. • Good weather helped a good turn out at Reno Cars & Coffee’s meet Sunday morning. As usually there was a mix of various cars and people to appreciate seeing them. One of the cars there was a NOVA SS and Richard Marin took a great pictures of it. RENO, NV (March23) — This is a very different article as I was unable to attend. Want to give special thanks to Ed Hughes for letting me use his photographs.
