RENO, NV (Jan. 8) — Still in the Re-Run zone but more racing is starting to happen. Every day brings more daylight and us closer to racing in our region. CAR MEETS: • The Iron Mafia has switched back to Thursday mornings for its weekly meet. Now they start at 7 a.m. and the location is Kim’s Donut and Tea House located at 1328 U.S. 395 North in Gardnerville. • Saturday, starting at 2 p.m., the Nevada Jeep Club hosts the 4th annual Wine, Women and Jeeps. RENO, NV (Jan. 1) — Okay here we are as it’s 2025 and a New Year. Schedules are being released, car meets are happening and racing is getting going both Nationally and Internationally. CAR MEETS: • The Iron Mafia has its weekly meeting on Friday this time. Starts at 8 a.m. and the location is Kim’s Donut and Tea House at 1328 U.S. 395 North in Gardnerville. • Two car groups meet on Sunday to get the New Year rolling. RACING (REGIONAL): • Thursday is the marathon day for the High Desert Hustle and it begins with the kid’s classes

RENO, NV (Dec. 25) — Merry Christmas to all our readers. Hope it was a great day for you. This week we have racing in our area plus other things. Since we’re still in the Re-Run zone and it’s the fifth weekend of the month things are a bit scrambled until we get into the New Year. As a result these reports will be a bit different. CAR MEETS: • The Thursday meet for the Iron Mafia has been moved to Friday. Starting time is 8 a.m. and the location is Kim’s Donut and Tea House located at 1328 U.S.

RENO, NV (Dec. 18) — Almost to Christmas and New Year’s so racing on TV is truly in the Re-Run Zone. However there are still car and motorcycle events in our region. CAR MEETS: • Thursday as usual starts at 8 a.m. when the Iron Mafia has its meet at Kim’s Donut and Tea House. Location is 1328 U.S 395 North in Gardnerville. • Still no word if the Friday Night Meet in Fernley is still going or has stopped. If it does then the meeting place is the 76th station. RENO, NV (Dec. 11) — Well the Holiday Season is here and for most, with few exceptions, racing is in the annual Re-Run Zone. However there are car meets, some holiday cruises and even a huge event coming at year’s end. NOTICE: I’d also like to note the weather might be effecting some of the events listed her. RENO, NV (Nov. 27) — Here we are, Thanksgiving week and on Sunday we head into December. While virtually all racing is about to take a short pause there are still car meets and cruises to enjoy.
