RENO, NV (July 17) – Heading into another hot weekend, one full of car meets and oval track racing. There is also a lot on TV as well. CAR MEETS: • Thursday gets going at 8 a.m. when the Iron Mafia holds its weekly meet at Kim’s Donuts. Location is 1328 U.S. 395 North in Gardnerville. • Friday starts the 37th annual Run Whatcha Brung hosted by the Karson Kruzers. RENO, NV (June 26) — Summer is really here and the car meet scene has really heated up. This coming weekend is kind of a lull for several tracks as they prepare for the 4th of July. CAR MEETS: • Things get going at 8 a.m. Thursday in Gardnerville when the IRON Mafia hosts its weekly meet.
