RENO, NV (July 15) – Racing Preview for this week highlights car meets, cruises, off road racing and an oval track in our region. Over the hill there is a motocross event plus a full banquet of events to see on TV. CAR MEETS/CRUISES: • Friday get rolling with the weekly Fernley Quarantine Main Street Cruise. Meeting place is at the Wigwam and the cruise runs from 7 until 9 p.m. going east to the round about and returning to the stop light at Alternate 95 is. • Sunday features a pair of cars meet and cruises. RENO, NV (July 8) – Racing Preview for this week has car meets, a cruise, drag racing plus plenty of events for open wheel and NHRA fans not to mention NASCAR. CAR MEETS/CRUISES: • Once again, from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday has the Fernley Quarantine Main Street Cruise. Meet up place is the Wigwam and the cruise runs from the stop light, around the round about and back again. • Sunday has two car meets both at the same time. + Sparks Cars and Coffee is having the usual second weekend of the month meet. It starts at 9

RENO, NV (July 1) – Independence Day weekend and Racing Preview highlights cruises, car meets and racing along with fireworks. Going to be a busy time for race fans. CAR MEETS & CRUISES: • As usual the weekend gets rolling Friday, from 7 to 9 p.m. with the Fernley Quarantine Main Street Cruise. Meet at the Wiigwam then cruise goes from the stoplight to the roundabout and back. • On July 4th, Saturday there is a cruise in Virginia City. The assembly point is the 4th Ward School on the south side of town and from noon until 1 p.m.

RENO, NV (June 24) – Racing Preview highlights a busy weekend full of cruises, car meets and racing in our region. Summer has arrived and it’s time to get out and enjoy the show. CAR MEETS/CRUISES: • Friday begins with the Fernley Quaratine Main Street Cruise from 7 until 9 p.m. Meeting place is at the Wigwam then the cruise begins at the main street/95A signal, goes east to the round about then returns. RENO, NV (June 17) – Racing Preview has cruises, car meets and an annual car show. In addition there is only only race in Northern Nevada but some to watch on TV. CAR MEETS: • The weekend begins Friday when the annual Yerington’s Main Street Car Show starts its two-day run. Cars will be on display from 7 until 4 p.m. both days. • Also on Friday is the Fernley Quarantine Main Street Cruise. The assembly point is the Wigwam and the cruise  from 7 until 9 p.m. starts where the signal for 95A is then goes east to the

RENO, NV (June 10) – Racing Preview for this weekend has more events plus car meets. As the weather warms up and the lock down eases there is more to do and see. CAR MEETS: • Once again the Friday cruise in Fernley that begins at 7 p.m. by the Wigwam. The route goes east, circles the round about and returns. I’m told people line the streets to see this. Great way to show off a person’s car and just have a good time. • Up at Lake Tahoe by the Hard Rock Café and Casino the Aces High Rally

RENO, NV (June 3) – Racing Preview for this week has plenty for any race fan both in our area as well as nationally. Summer is here and the speed merchants are ready. BIG NEWS:  • Unfortunately this year’s Hot August Nights has been cancelled. One reason of course is the current virus situation but apparently there are others as well. This loss is a big economic hit for area but it should return in 2021. CAR MEETS: • Saturday evening over in Sparks at 880 Holman Way there will be a Show Glow, which is a night time show
