CAR MEETS & CRUISES: • As usual the weekend gets rolling Friday, from 7 to 9 p.m. with the Fernley Quarantine Main Street Cruise. Meet at the Wiigwam then cruise goes from the stoplight to the roundabout and back. • On July 4th, Saturday there is a cruise in Virginia City. The assembly point is the 4th Ward School on the south side of town and from noon until 1 p.m.

CAR MEETS: • The weekend begins Friday when the annual Yerington’s Main Street Car Show starts its two-day run. RENO, NV (June 10) – Racing Preview for this weekend has more events plus car meets. As the weather warms up and the lock down eases there is more to do and see. CAR MEETS: • Once again the Friday cruise in Fernley that begins at 7 p.m. by the Wigwam. The route goes east, circles the round about and returns. I’m told people line the streets to see this. BIG NEWS:  • Unfortunately this year’s Hot August Nights has been cancelled. One reason of course is the current virus situation but apparently there are others as well. RENO, NV (May 27) – This week’s Racing Preview brings good news, it’s time to celebrate as racing has returned to our region and nationally as well. RENO, NV (April 29) — This weekend’s Racing Preview has some new developments, a great cruise as well as other racing news and programs to watch.
